A calendar site is only worth trusting if it also shows its mistakes. This log keeps a record of the errors we have corrected on our English pages.
A correction is not the same as an update. A correction fixes something we got wrong. An update follows a new official announcement, such as the evening the start of Ramadan is confirmed, and shows in the page's "updated" date.
Correction of 26 October 2026: Morocco's legal time
Our pages suggested that Morocco might still change its clocks for Ramadan and that an announcement was awaited, although the reform was already in force1. That was our error, not a new announcement: Morocco returned permanently to GMT (UTC+0) on Sunday 20 September 2026, and the 2018 decree that organised the Ramadan clock change was repealed1.
| Page | What it said | What it says now |
|---|---|---|
| Ramadan start date in Saudi Arabia and Morocco | The dates of Morocco's next Ramadan clock change have not been announced | No clock change is planned: Morocco stays on GMT all year, and the 2026 switch is described as history8 |
| Our review of last Ramadan | Watch for Morocco's clock communique before you finalise departure times | That lesson is now history: read every departure time from Morocco as GMT |

How do I report an error?
From the contact page. Give us the link, the sentence in question and, if you have it, the official source that contradicts it. We check the source before correcting: an unchecked correction would be a new error.
